YOUR INFORMATION. A LITTLE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE.At your service, around the clock.

YOUR DATA.
AI ANSWERS.
WITH
RECEIPTS.

I’m Huck. I connect AI to your business’s own information, find what each person is allowed to see, and answer with sources they can inspect.

Your knowledge grounds the answer. Your tests hold the next version to account.

Your assistant doesn’t have to be Huck. Give it your own identity.

Huck, a smiling frontier gentleman with a curled moustache and blue waistcoat, tipping his hat in greeting.
“I’m your
huckleberry.”

01 Ground it in your data.

02 Respect who’s asking.

03 Test before release.

AI needs context.
Yours makes it useful.

This is retrieval-augmented generation (RAG): Huck finds relevant information in your connected sources and gives the AI the context it’s allowed to use. Your policies, orders and customer records become the basis for an answer.

From your information to an answer you can inspect.

AN ILLUSTRATED EXAMPLE
  1. 01 YOUR SOURCE

    Keep the facts connected.

Your app sends new or updated records through the API. Add sources in the console, too.

    ALICE’S ORDERDelivery: ThursdayRevision 8 · Access: Alice
  2. 02 AUTHORIZED RETRIEVAL

    Find the right context.

Huck searches within the information the signed-in person can access.

    • Alice’s order
    • Company shipping policy
    • Other customers’ records excluded
  3. 03 GROUNDED ANSWER

    Give the answer a source.

“Your order is due Thursday. [1]”

    [1] Alice’s order · revision 8

The AI works from retrieved context. Citations let people inspect which sources informed the answer.

  4. 04 BEFORE A RELEASE

    Make changes earn their place.

Goldens and judges test a candidate prompt against real, authorized context before publication.

    Inspect the release checks
Two different safeguards. Access and source checks run when answering. Evaluation suites run on candidate versions before you publish. The illustration above is fictional, not a live answer or test result.

Saved an update? Send it to Huck.

Orders, products, support cases, or your own record types. Send plain text or nested JSON with your fields and lists when your application saves a change. Type, ID and revision keep each source distinct; standard or custom gates define its audience. Related records keep their own access rules.

Who is Huck helping?

Huck

Howdy, Alice. I can help with company information and your own order. Other customers’ details stay private.

Available sources

  • Company shipping policy
  • Alice’s order · Juniper Market
Access is enforced by the application before retrieved knowledge reaches the AI.

Change the prompt.
Keep the standard.

A shorter prompt can miss an important detail. A new source can change an answer. Huck gives you a repeatable way to spot regressions before the next version reaches customers.

Goldens set the expectation.
Save real questions, the identity asking, expected answers or facts, and which sources should support them.
Judges check the actual answer.
Test required facts, forbidden content, citations and when to abstain. Optional model-based rubric judges assess qualities such as relevance and completeness.
Release evidence stays attached.
Inspect the answer, retrieved context and judge results. Publishing requires a complete passing run for the current prompt, source revisions, access rules and tests.

EXAMPLE TEST CASE

“When will my order arrive?”

Who’s asking
Alice · Juniper Market
Expected fact
The delivery day is Thursday.
Expected source
Alice’s order, using its current revision.
Must stay private
Other customers’ order details.
Same question. Same identity.
A candidate worth checking.

The answering model gets authorized context. The expected answer goes to the judge, never into the answer prompt.

Citations make answers inspectable. Evaluations measure the cases you define and help catch regressions; they do not guarantee every future answer is correct.

Keep the character.
Or bring your own.

Huck is our personality. Your assistant can have a different name, a different greeting, and no cowboy in sight.

Go neutral on any plan. With Ranch and Frontier, add your logo, match your design, choose where chat lives, and remove the Huck credit entirely.

What does RAG add to a chat assistant?

Retrieval-augmented generation gives the AI relevant context from your own information at answer time. Huck adds per-customer knowledge, per-person access gates, source citations and evaluation tools around that process. Your application can keep sending changes as its records evolve.

Do citations and judges guarantee correct answers?

No. Runtime checks enforce access and validate cited source references; citations let you inspect the evidence. Goldens and judges test answers against your expected facts and criteria before a prompt release. They help you find regressions in the cases you cover. Source quality, test coverage and human review still matter.

How do AI credits work?

One AI credit equals $0.01 of Huck inference usage. Different models and answer lengths use different amounts, so credits are not a fixed message count. Chat and evaluation budgets are separate. Hard caps are the default; overages are off.

Does my assistant have to be called Huck?

No. Every plan lets you choose the assistant’s name and welcome, and turn off the character. Ranch and Frontier add your own logo and full branding removal, so the chat can look and introduce itself entirely as your business.

Where can I put the chat?

Use a corner launcher on Trail. Ranch and Frontier also support a chat panel within your page or a full-page conversation, with size, position and spacing controls. Frontier adds saved presets and rules for which pages show the chat.

What happens when I reach a limit?

Hard caps stop new usage. Access revocation, source deletion and callbacks for work already started remain available. Chat, evaluation and indexing allowances are tracked separately, so a test run cannot spend your live-chat budget.

How do I get started?

Create a free Sandbox, add a source and a test identity, then publish a prompt after it passes your golden tests. The setup guide walks you through embedding the chat. Choose a paid plan when you’re ready. Manage your subscription and payment details securely through Stripe.
