Monthly charges and your authorization
Standard paid plans are Trail at US $49 per month, Ranch at US $199 per month and Frontier at US $599 per month, plus applicable tax disclosed at checkout. The checkout confirmation is the authoritative offer for a new subscription. A subscription renews monthly using the payment method you authorize until renewal is canceled. We do not enroll a free Sandbox in a paid subscription without a separate checkout.
Review the price, tax, billing interval and plan before confirming payment. Stripe collects payment details on its hosted checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion or other fees. Huck’s standard plan usage has hard allowances rather than automatic overage charges. The usage screen explains the current allowances and remaining capacity.
Canceling renewal
Open Billing in your Huck workspace and use Manage payment and invoices to enter the billing portal. Canceling normally stops the next renewal and preserves already paid access until the displayed period end. An immediate cancellation requested through support or an authorized owner action may end access sooner; its consequences should be confirmed before it is performed.
If you cannot access the portal, contact support or the address below with a clear cancellation request and your workspace identity. We will verify the request and help stop renewal. Do not send full card numbers. Removing the widget, deleting a source, failing to use your credits or closing a browser does not cancel billing. A cancellation request does not itself establish that a refund has been issued.
Plan changes and allowances
Huck grants a higher paid allowance only after verifying a full paid billing period for that tier. A mid-period upgrade does not immediately refill credits or unlock a new month of higher-tier capacity. The portal is configured without prorated plan-change charges. A lower-tier change may take effect immediately or be scheduled where supported; review the effective date shown before confirming. A lower effective allowance can restrict features or new work without deleting existing knowledge.
Repeated changes, retries, cancellation and reactivation do not reset consumed usage. Unsettled work can remain reserved across a renewal until its outcome is known. Knowledge limits, ingestion, chat, evaluations and provider-spending safeguards can each stop new paid work. We retain necessary deletion, access-revocation and recovery routes so a usage limit does not require you to keep unwanted data.
Refunds and billing errors
Except where applicable law requires a refund, a separate written agreement provides one, or this policy expressly says otherwise, paid subscription periods are non-refundable and unused capacity does not create a cash balance or partial-period refund. This does not limit mandatory consumer cancellation or withdrawal rights, remedies for defective services, or a refund owed when we discontinue paid service for our convenience.
Contact us promptly about duplicate charges, an incorrect amount, unauthorized activity or a service problem. We will investigate and correct confirmed billing errors. Include your workspace and invoice reference, not card details. Discretionary refunds are assessed individually and do not change the policy for later periods. Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method where supported; receipt timing depends on Stripe and the payment provider. A submitted refund can remain pending or fail, so we distinguish request, provider confirmation and actual status.
Payment failures, disputes and spending holds
A failed payment, unpaid or expired period, refund, dispute or unresolved spending anomaly can limit paid features and new AI work. A previously displayed active status does not extend an expired paid period. We verify billing facts with Stripe before changing entitlements; a browser return page is not payment proof.
A spending hold is a protective restriction, not an accusation of fraud. It may remain while a refund or dispute is resolved and does not automatically clear merely because another invoice is paid. Contact support for a review. Recovery requires financial and usage reconciliation; it never resets consumed credits or creates an unearned allowance. You retain rights to challenge a charge through lawful channels.
Billing help
Invoices and payment methods are available through the owner-authorized billing portal. Keep your billing contact current. Contact us if a renewal, cancellation, refund or plan change appears wrong. Your workspace owner controls the subscription; an ordinary chat user cannot change its billing. A privately agreed complimentary workspace is governed by its explicit operating allowance and is not permission to charge a card.
