1. Send a clear, specific report
If you believe customer content made available through Huck infringes your copyright, contact us using the details below. Identify the copyrighted work, the specific material or response at issue, and enough information to locate it, such as the customer site URL, relevant page or conversation reference, and the date. Include your name, contact details and your relationship to the rights holder. Please do not send passwords or information you do not have authority to share.
For a formal copyright notice, include a physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or authorized representative; identification of the copyrighted work (or a representative list); identification and location of the allegedly infringing material; your contact information; a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or law; and a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the rights holder. Knowingly material misrepresentations may have legal consequences.
2. Review, restrictions and repeat infringement
We review sufficiently specific reports and may request more information, contact the relevant customer, restrict the material or suspend access as appropriate. We may share the report and contact details with the affected customer or as legally required, so do not include unnecessary sensitive information. We cannot remove copies hosted outside services we control.
Our policy is to terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and to respect applicable standard technical measures. Our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy also prohibit infringement. We consider the available evidence and applicable law; a report alone is not a legal finding. We do not promise continuous monitoring of every customer record or output.
3. If your material was restricted
Contact us with the notice reference and your explanation, including any relevant permission, ownership or legal basis. We will explain available review or counter-notice steps appropriate to the request and applicable law. Where statutory counter-notice procedures apply, we follow the required information, disclosure and timing rules. We do not automatically restore content based on an unsupported objection.
4. Other rights and urgent concerns
For trademark, privacy or other content complaints, identify the specific material, the right involved and your supporting facts using the same contact channel. For a security vulnerability use our Security Reporting Policy. If a concern relates to a customer’s underlying records, we may direct or forward it to that customer as the responsible organization.
5. Contact status
The contact below receives copyright and content reports.
