Current provider list
Amazon Web Services provides production compute, databases, storage, backups, queues, asset delivery, logs and transactional email. These services process the customer and account data needed for their functions. Primary Huck application hosting is in the US East (Northern Virginia) region; global asset delivery and provider operations can involve other locations.
Laravel Vapor provides deployment and infrastructure management for Huck’s AWS environment. Deployment artifacts, configuration and operational metadata are handled through that service; credentials and application configuration are restricted operational information.
OpenAI provides API-based generation, scope checks, evaluation judging and embeddings. Depending on the operation, it receives selected source text, questions, instructions, conversation context or evaluation material. It is not given an unrestricted database login. Its API data-control and safety-retention terms apply; ordinary use is not a zero-retention guarantee.
Stripe provides hosted payments, customer billing, invoices, subscription management and financial-event processing. It receives billing and transaction information and payment details entered on its pages. Depending on the processing activity, Stripe acts as a service provider or an independent controller under its own terms. Your Huck knowledge base is not sent to Stripe for payment processing.
Customer-selected recipients
A website, identity provider, webhook endpoint or other integration selected and controlled by a customer is a recipient under that customer’s arrangements. It is not automatically a BWD subprocessor. Customers must review their own providers, limit the information sent and authorize each action or integration appropriately.
Changes and questions
Customers subject to our Data Processing Addendum authorize the subprocessors needed for the listed functions. We will give advance notice of an intended new subprocessor or material replacement as described there, except where an urgent change is needed to protect service or comply with law. Contact us to receive subprocessor change notices or to raise a reasonable data-protection concern. We do not claim certifications or regional guarantees that a separate agreement has not established.
